Returns

Return Shipping at Customer's Cost | Open Box Delivery if applicable
  • To start a return, simply submit a return request through our website.
  • You may also upload photos of the product, although this is optional.
  • Our team will review your request and notify you once it is approved.
  • After approval, please ship the item to our return address and update the courier service and tracking details on our website.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Digital Payments (Cards, Net Banking, Wallets): Typically processed within 3 to 4 business days, depending on the processing times of your respective bank.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we'll request your bank account details and transfer the refund directly to your account. Your information will always be kept secure and confidential.
  • To ensure you receive the full refund amount, please return the product in its original condition with all parts and accessories included. If the item is returned damaged or with missing components, the refund amount may be adjusted after inspection.

    Replace Policy

    Eligible for replacement if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The item received is damaged, broken, or defective.
    • The item received is different from what was ordered.
    • Please hand over the defective product to the executive when the replacement product is delivered.
    In cases where the replacement item is unavailable or out of stock:
    • We will issue a coupon equal to the purchase value of the returned item.
    • The coupon will be sent to your registered email address once the returned item is received and verified.
    • The coupon can be redeemed on our website within 30 days from the date of issue.
